Gema Adds Territory Manager

Indianapolis, Indiana, USA; September 16, 2025 – Gema USA Inc., a Graco Inc. company, is proud to announce the addition of Cameron Fehland as Territory Manager for the Midwest Region. With over a decade of experience in sales leadership, capital equipment consultation, and packaging automation, Cameron brings a strong track record of success in helping customers improve efficiency, drive ROI, and grow their business.

Cameron joins Gema following leadership roles at Tronics America, Swan Packaging, and CRF Solutions, where he focused on capital equipment sales, packaging line design, and distributor development. He has extensive experience supporting both direct customers and rep networks, and brings a strong understanding of automation, ROI-driven solutions, and long-term client partnerships.

Cameron earned his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University Northwest and completed a certificate in Finance and Accounting for the Non-Finance Professional from Columbia University. He also served eight years in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he led infantry teams and collaborated on intelligence operations. His operational background, combined with fluency in Spanish, Pashto, and Arabic, enables him to engage diverse customer groups and communicate effectively in multicultural environments.
