Gema presented numerous innovations at PaintExpo 2024
From 9 to 12 April, the who-is-who of the coating industry met in Karlsruhe - and Gema Switzerland was right in the middle of it!
PaintExpo once again proved to be an outstanding event for Gema, where we were able to present a wide range of new developments and innovations. Over four successful days at the trade fair, visitors were able to experience our new products at first hand and discuss the latest information and trends in the field of electrostatic powder coating. Gema's experts were on hand to provide in-depth advice and solutions for specific coating requirements and applications.
A highlight of the trade fair was the latest generation of the OptiGun® GA04 automatic gun. This innovative gun offers a range of improvements and features, such as PowerBoost® technology, that significantly improve powder coating efficiency and performance. We were also very proudly to present the new OptiCenter® All-in-One OC11, equipped with double OptiSpeeder powder hoppers (DualSpeeder). This technology enables handling and preparation of two independent colors sequently for ultra-fast color change or in parallel for simultaneous coating from both OptiSpeeder hoppers. This means enormous time savings and flexibility for our customers. Of course, visitors were also able to see us coating live at the manual booth with our renowned OptiFlex® Pro manual units - always a crowd puller.
The interest shown by the many visitors to the Gema stand, the international audience and the many interesting technical discussions have once again shown how important PaintExpo is for Gema. We are proud to be part of this important industry event and look forward to deepening the contacts we made at the trade fair and further developing our innovations in electrostatic powder coating.
