Aric Nordwig "40 Under 40" Recognition

Congratulations to Gema's Aric Nordwig for being selected in the Products Finishing 40 Under 40 award program, recognizing young professionals in the finishing industry. All of those selected are innovators and trailblazers, striving to be the next generation of leaders in the industry.
Aric Nordwig, P.M.P. has provided tremendous value to the Gema organization and customers. Aric is a graduate of the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and minors in Engineering Management and Aerospace. While in school, Aric chose to strengthen his education by gaining practical work experience through the school’s cooperative education program. Prior to working at Gema, Aric gathered extensive experience in engineering, project and process management, and direct customer interaction. He also received a United States Patent for a product used on a robotic base within an automated packaging system. The patented product design simplified the installation and reduced the amount of time needed to make the packaging solution fully functioning.
Aric recently obtained the certification of Project Management Professional (P.M.P.) from the Project Management Institute (PMI). His certification is a statement of his knowledge and skill sets used to properly manage and lead projects. In today’s business environment, and for Aric’s Project Engineer role at Gema, his knowledge and skills used to execute and manage projects to a successful conclusion is vitally important. Aric has been instrumental in working directly with Gema customers who have purchased complex automated powder coating systems. Leveraging his work experience and project management knowledge, he has become a key contributor, providing new ideas and solutions to support the Gema team and customers.
On a personal level, Aric and his wife spend time together training their new Brittany spaniel puppy and planning trips to new and exciting locations. He and his wife have traveled to Europe and Asia, enjoying the food, culture and scenic experiences.
Congratulations to Aric for his career accomplishments and leadership. We believe that he has the skills, knowledge, and drive to succeed at Gema while providing tremendous value to the powder coating industry.
