Very positive result of the customer survey

The feedback of our customers is enormously important for the optimization of our products and services.

Worldwide customers from a wide variety of industries in manual and automatic applications are regularly surveyed. The customer satisfaction survey provides us with important clues to find out in which areas our customers are already convinced and where Gema can still improve.
