Groundbreaking ceremony for the new Gema headquarters in Gossau!
Gema recently broke ground for its new building in the Sommerau area, Gossau. From summer 2024, the well-known powder coating equipment and systems will be developed, assembled and shipped all over the world from here.
The new building features a number of highlights. In addition to production and office space, a contemporary high-bay warehouse will also be integrated on the 20'000 m2 site. The production area will be significantly increased compared to today and all assembly groups, which are currently distributed externally over various locations, will be reunited under one roof.
The modern test and customer application laboratory will offer approx. 60% more space and will be equipped with four state-of-the-art coating lines. This will enable Gema to carry out coating trials for its global customers even more efficiently and in a more practical manner.
With the new building, Gema is not only well equipped for further growth, but also offers very attractive working conditions with its state-of-the-art infrastructure and optimal connections.
