We hereby solemnly announce that as of January 1, 2025,Guangzhou Kimsun Trade Co., Ltd, Kimsun Intelligent Technology Co.,LTD and Guangzhou Wefly Technology Co., Ltd. have officially terminated their distributorship agreements with Gema (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Concurrently, our company has ceased all product supplies to these three companies.

Regarding the matters related to their sales distributorship, we hereby make the following statements:

I. Termination of Distributorship Authorization, Clarification of Responsibility Scope

Guangzhou Kimsun Trade Co., Ltd, Kimsun Intelligent Technology Co.,LTD and Guangzhou Wefly Technology Co., Ltd. are no longer authorized distributors of our company. Since the termination of the distributorship agreements, our company will no longer provide any support in terms of products, accessories, technical services, etc., for the sales contracts and sales activities of these three companies. Furthermore, our company will not bear any legal or economic responsibilities arising therefrom. We kindly request all customers to take note of this.

II. Purchase from Official Channels to Safeguard Your Own Interests

Given that the aforementioned three companies are no longer our authorized distributors and our company has ceased product supplies to them, to ensure that you can purchase genuine "GEMA"/"Gema" series brand products and avoid being victimized by counterfeit and shoddy goods, we sincerely recommend that all customers directly negotiate and make purchases with our company or our authorized official distributors. Only by purchasing through official channels can your rights and interests be fully guaranteed.
