Acquisition Announcement

We are pleased to announce that, effective January 8th 2018, Gema Switzerland GmbH, has acquired SAT (Surface Aluminium Technologies) S.p.A.

SAT (<link http: www.sataluminium.com _blank>www.sataluminium.com) is based in Verona, Italy and is the worldwide leader in the development, manufacturing and sales of aluminum extrusions surface finishing systems. SAT solutions include vertical powder coating lines, vertical flash-anodizing pre-treatment systems, anodizing lines, sand-blasting machines, wood effect decoration machines and packaging systems for aluminum profiles.

For over 40 years Gema has been the worldwide leader in electrostatic powder coating equipment and systems. Gema is headquartered in Switzerland, has direct operations in 10 countries and a network of more than 200 distributors across Europe, Asia / Pacific and the Americas.

Gema belongs to Graco Inc. (NYSE: GGG, <link http: www.graco.com _blank>www.graco.com). Graco supplies technology and expertise for the management of fluids and coatings in both industrial and commercial applications. It designs, manufactures and markets systems and equipment to move, measure, control, dispense and spray fluid and powder materials in the manufacturing, processing, construction and maintenance industries.

SAT will operate as an independent business within the Graco group under their valuable brands Trevisan, Autel, Cube, Fox and Ezy.
