GEMA Shanghai Company Won the Patent Infringement Case
GEMA Shanghai Company is the patentee who exclusively exploits the patents of “Compressed Air Throttle Valve and Powder Spray Device” and “Electric Spray Gun Control Device”. Lately GEMA Shanghai Company found that Shanghai JIBEN Coating Equipment Company and Shanghai JIBEN Machinery Manufacturing Company both made and sold the products which used the patented process owned by GEMA Shanghai Company, these two companies made exorbitant profits due to GEMA Shanghai Company’s patents. Therefore, GEMA Shanghai Company filed two suits, No. 156 and No. 157 in Shanghai No. 2 Intermediate People’s court, asking these two companies to stop the infringement act and claimed for compensation.
After quick trial, Shanghai NO. 2 Intermediate People’s court decreed that these two companies should stop the infringement act and pay compensation in the amount of RMB 300,000 to GEMA Shanghai Company. Now, the court decision was executed.
GEMA Shanghai Company solemnly states that any infringement act of GEMA Company’s patents and/or GEMA Company’s trademark and/or unfair competition will not be tolerated. GEMA Company will protect its own rights and interests according to relevant laws and regulations. Meanwhile, GEMA Shanghai Company requires all the companies which are still infringing upon GEMA Company’s legal rights stop tort. Thus, these infringers can be exempt from legal penalties.
